2. Wellington Meditation Group has moved

"We have moved to the Powa Centre, very near the Cuba St. This is a beautiful space, warm, inspiring and filled with good vibration! Turns out the 'Powa' in the name is not a coincidence too. How to find us?

As part of this relocation, we altered the meditation hours. We are now meeting on Monday 7:30pm and Wednesday 7pm."

3. Diamond Way Buddhism in The Press

We have been asked to do a bi-monthly feature in The Press, a Christchurch daily newspaper.

First article went to print on 13th of May, the transcript can be found here or here.

4. OMPH mantras

We have recently been busy doing Om Mani Peme Hung mantras (and the Loving Eyes meditation associated with it). Through joint effort we have reached the tally of 704,390. Thank you!

Glentui Highlights

The Glentui retreat is a very important project for us. We have decided to create a permanent section here and share the information regularly.

The high-level plan is currently being discussed. The recent vision evolves around several buildings:
- small hut - it would serve as a base for further work and first place for meditation
- retreat house - serious building designed for heavyweight meditators
- cafe - service building for courses and kitchen work
- tent area - flat space for courses where the tent can be put up
- toilets - compost toilet system for the retreat house and port-a-loos for courses. Something temporary for the hut
- showers - temporary solar-powered cubicle for the hut, bigger outdoor structure for the courses.

With this setup we could start building the small hut straight away. It would allow us to expand the Glentui power field and get ready for the larger investment.
